Overview

Ryan Blum is a corporate and securities attorney who focuses on private fundraising under the JOBS Act for startups and private funds, intermediary compliance and registration with the SEC and FINRA, general outside corporate counsel services, and fundraising in complex regulatory environments such as cryptocurrency, digital assets and DLT projects, private equity transactions and exotic financial products.

Ryan has been counsel to businesses across a wide range of industry groups, including real estate, food and beverage, hospitality, blockchain/DLT, e-commerce and SaaS, as well as private funds and investment vehicles focused on investments in real estate and digital assets. He has significant experience with corporate drafting and negotiation, entity formation and corporate governance, private fundraising and SEC and FINRA regulatory compliance.
