Meghan Pratschler is a corporate and transactional attorney with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and general corporate counsel services. At IBL, she regularly advises startups, technology companies, and web3 ventures on complex business transactions, regulatory strategy, and entity structuring. She often acts as outside general counsel to high-growth companies navigating both day-to-day operations and high-stakes transactions.
Her recent work includes leading cross-border and crypto-denominated M&A deals, structuring investor and founder relationships, and negotiating stock and asset purchases across multiple industries—from blockchain to healthcare to SaaS. Meghan also has extensive experience supporting clients through private financings, including SAFEs, convertible notes, and preferred equity rounds.
In addition to her deal-focused practice, Meghan advises clients on IP and technology transactions, securities law compliance, and internal governance matters. She previously served as General Counsel for a data and analytics company, where she managed legal affairs across multiple subsidiaries.
Meghan holds a J.D. with a concentration in Intellectual Property from the University of Dayton. She has also taught transactional drafting at the University of Colorado Law School.
