Overview

Charles J. Borrero is a New-York based attorney with extensive litigation, corporate, and regulatory compliance experience.  His practice focuses on complex litigation, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, including privacy compliance.  Mr. Borrero graduated magna cum laude from the Georgetown Law Center before joining Goodwin Procter LLP.  He has served as an Assistant General Counsel at the Department of Homeland Security as well as Chief Counsel to the Department’s Privacy
