Overview

Mr. Garcia has been an Entrepreneur from an early age. Mr. Garcia was sole owner of two businesses before completing his Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration. His concentration in Entrepreneurship and International Business only fueled his desire to pursue life as an Entrepreneur. Prior to receiving his undergraduate degree, Mr. Garcia opened a tax practice. Concurrently with his tax practice, Mr. Garcia consulted small to large companies advising them on areas of accounting.

While continuing to manage the operation of his tax practice, Mr. Garcia would eventually complete his Graduate and Juris Doctorate degrees. Following the completion of both degrees, Mr. Garcia would eventually open his law practice to complement his accounting and tax services. Over the years, Mr. Garcia has developed a strategic approach to evaluating cases and can often detect issues well before his clients know there’s a problem. Mr. Garcia now oversees a thriving law practice with over 13 years of experience assisting clients with their corporate, tax, probate, and property insurance claim needs.

Additionally, Mr. Garcia is a former certified SCORE counselor advising small businesses on various topics to help propel their businesses to the next level. He has also provided assistance to the Miami Bayside Foundation educating its small business clients regarding legal and compliance matters. Moreover, Mr. Garcia is an Accounting and Real Estate Professor at EU Business School and a published author. He is currently focusing his efforts to pass legislation that would assist small businesses in being able to negotiate with the state to reduce their tax debt. His colleagues and clients describe him as dependable, relentless, and full of heart. His dedication and determination shine through every successful case.

Mr. Garcia is now an International Business Law Professor at Miami Dade College

When he is not working, Mr. Garcia enjoys staying active through biking and scuba diving as well as working on his non-profit to help restore the coral reefs.
