Sarah is a tax attorney with significant experience in federal and U.S. international tax matters,
advising individuals and businesses on complex tax planning and compliance. Her practice
focuses on structuring and implementing creative, practical tax solutions that advance her
clients’ personal and business objectives.
Sarah advises on a wide range of tax issues, including entity restructuring, tax equity financing,
mergers, acquisitions, and corporate divisions. She also provides guidance on employee equity
compensation and the optimization of deductions and credits. In addition, she represents clients
before the IRS in audits and other proceedings.
Sarah takes a collaborative, solution-oriented approach, helping clients navigate tax challenges
with clarity and confidence.
Sarah graduated cum laude from J. Reuben Clark, BYU Law School where she served as the
editor-in-chief for the BYU Law Review. She then went on to graduate with distinction from
Georgetown Law School with an LL.M. in Taxation.
