Rebecca is a dedicated tax attorney, with a specific focus and expertise in state and local tax
(SALT), with extensive experience advising businesses and individuals on a broad range of tax
matters. Her practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex state and local tax laws,
including income, franchise, sales and use, property, gross receipts, and other
business/transaction taxes.
Rebecca represents clients in audits, administrative appeals, and litigation before the IRS and
state tax authorities and courts, offering strategic counsel tailored to each client’s needs. She also
provides proactive guidance on tax planning, compliance, and legislative developments that may
impact her clients' operations across jurisdictions. She also assists clients with identifying and
securing available tax credits and incentive programs that can benefit new and expanding
businesses.
With a detail-oriented and solution-driven approach, Rebecca partners with clients across various
industries—including technology, retail, manufacturing, agriculture, and financial services—to
identify risks, minimize liabilities, and achieve favorable outcomes.

Rebecca received her J.D. from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School where
she served as an editor on the BYU Law Journal of Public Law. Prior to law school, Rebecca
owned and operated a healthcare company and leverages her extensive, practical business
knowledge and experience to help clients solve problems.
