Overview

Meghan is a start-up and transactional attorney focusing primarily on intellectual property and technology matters. She has assisted new and established businesses with issues regarding their service contracts, hiring international contractors, initial coin offerings, website policies, and both domestic and international regulatory compliance. Among her clients are software and tech companies, DAOs, and Web3 businesses.

Meghan was an early adopter of blockchain for legal and business purposes and is a self-described (and externally confirmed) huge nerd. She has a certified concentration in Intellectual Property and has taught Transactional Drafting as an adjunct professor at U.C. Boulder School of Law. She has mined ETH and owns several NFTs worth less than five dollars.
