I am a scientist turned attorney. I have over 10 years of experience in the legal field, I have developed a strong background in contract law, healthcare law, and intellectual property law.
I have successfully negotiated and managed various contracts in the healthcare/life sciences/biopharma space, including Master Services Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and Material Transfer Agreements. I have also drafted contract templates and managed the lifecycle of contracts. Additionally, I have provided legal guidance on healthcare data/privacy compliance, power of attorney documentation management, and veteran’s disability claims adjudication. I’ve also prosecuted and examined patent applications, performed PCT lack of unity analysis; as well as managed patent portfolios.
