Laura Anthony is a securities attorney based in West Palm Beach, Florida, with more than three decades of experience in corporate and securities law. She has practiced since 1993, focusing on small and mid-cap private and public companies, the OTC markets, Nasdaq and NYSE American listed companies, going public transactions, Regulation A+ offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and Securities Exchange Act reporting requirements.
