Litigation Services

Filing and Responding to Lawsuits:
- Prepare and file complaints to initiate litigation or respond to lawsuits if you are the defendant.
- Handle jurisdictional and venue issues.
Pre-Trial Motions and Hearings:
- Draft and argue motions, such as motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and preliminary injunctions.
Discovery:
- Conduct discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production of documents.
- Manage electronic discovery (e-discovery) to handle digital evidence.
Expert Witnesses:
- Identify, retain, and prepare expert witnesses to provide testimony on technical aspects of the case or the valuation of IP assets.
Trial Preparation:
- Develop trial strategy, prepare witnesses, and create exhibits.
