Litigation Services

  1. Filing and Responding to Lawsuits:
    • Prepare and file complaints to initiate litigation or respond to lawsuits if you are the defendant.
    • Handle jurisdictional and venue issues.
  2. Pre-Trial Motions and Hearings:
    • Draft and argue motions, such as motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and preliminary injunctions.
  3. Discovery:
    • Conduct discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production of documents.
    • Manage electronic discovery (e-discovery) to handle digital evidence.
  4. Expert Witnesses:
    • Identify, retain, and prepare expert witnesses to provide testimony on technical aspects of the case or the valuation of IP assets.
  5. Trial Preparation:
    • Develop trial strategy, prepare witnesses, and create exhibits.
    • Draft trial briefs and other pre-trial submissions.
