Amy Gustafson is a trial lawyer and a second-career attorney. Ms. Gustafson’s practice includes experience in a wide variety of matters, including commercial litigation, administrative appeals, employment disputes, class actions, and tort defense. Ms. Gustafson has experience litigating in state and federal courts as well as successfully representing clients in mediation and arbitration. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Gustafson clerked for The Honorable Gray H. Miller, Senior United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas, where Ms. Gustafson was responsible for managing an extensive docket and assisting the Court with all aspects of trial.
Ms. Gustafson is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, with honors. While at UT, Ms. Gustafson won multiple awards for academic achievement and was a member of the editorial board of the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law. She also served as President of the First-Generation Law Students club, was a teaching and research assistant, and represented clients in pro bono cases as part of the INCLUDE project.
